I agree
I get the point about the same landlord being invloved. We too tend to look at those more closely just to make sure we are not being taken for a ride but at the end of the day the landlord (same of different) has nothng to do with it. It a question of the cicumstances and whether it was unavoidable. The circumstances here suggests it was not avoidable.
