I will take a look at Glasscubes thanks. I would have to say it is LA error, unless we can hang it on DWP (ha ha!). It may come down to the wording of the Commencement Orders which I have not re visited recently regards closing HB. If you think this through the JCP/DWP must have equivalent guidance on the other legacy benefits in these scenarios.
