We're still doing the same as I described above; there has been no change in the Procedure Rules so I'm still asking for emailed appeals to be signed – I usually print and post it out with a prepaid envelope. But that's just to be safe, as I don't want a judge brefusing the hear the appeal. But it makes sense if you have gone for a council resolution to accept e-communications that it also includes electronic signatures and I can't see the FtT having a problem with that. Our electronic claim form just has a tickbox for the declaration.
