I have had a look at the Leeds scheme – thank you Richard – but it still appears to be based on an income taper. Is anyone aware of a UC CTR scheme that manages to get around the "problem" of UCSOS's coming in on a monthly basis with small changes to income each month (that is claimants on UC who are in work), meaning that CTR claims have to be recalculated every month, which causes all sorts of problems with billing and direct debits, apart from the obvious workload issues.
