I got Amendment 8 earlier on this week, and to be honest it didn’t clarify half of the stuff I had hoped it would (arrears payments etc). Also, the issue re o/p classification is unclear – particularly with regard to whether or not HB/CTB o/p’s created to the NTC arrears-cycle will always be classified as Departmental Error (case 3, ex’s 1&2) would seem to say they will be.
Does anyone know when Amendment 9 will be out?…
