Richard, have you had a reply yet from the DWP about the ‘in which the determination was made’ query?
(They seem to have carried this over to LHA from D & A Reg 8(6A) — ‘where a rent officer has made a determination…..’
On what date do we make an LHA determination?
Is it the claim date?
Is it the start of the award?
Is it 3 months down the line from either of these because we have a backlog?
What’s the anniversary date?
