We’ve been going back on these – amending the start date of the NTC inclusion to the date of the letter/start of payment cycle.
At the end of the day, if we don’t do this it will be the customers whose NTC details weren’t picked up via the proforma exercise who would benefit from having HB paid for a period without the inclusion of NTC – whilst those who were picked up from the proforma exercise would have their NTC details included effective from 7/4/03.
