The initial figure was worst case scenario based upon a finger in the air.
Our modelling now shows a budget reduction of £850k approx post UC migration. We have some reviews to finish so the final figure is likely to be higher than this.
I would be interested to know whether ASC generally are aware of the likely impact upon their budgets, as we haven't heard anything from UC publicity online.
