I can’t eblieve nobody has replied to this yet. We currently cancel all claims and invite new claims when someone changes address. I had planned to do the same with the introduction of Pension Credits until I read this message!!!!
Are other LA’s changing their practice to take this into account?
I woudl be interested to hear from an SX3 site which currently class their change of address cases as a change of circumstances. Do you cancel claim at old address then wild-card it at new address as REPEAT?
