Claimant finished work prior to April. However, if they have been overpaid WTC would this be recovered from CTC If so, should I remove WTC and reduce CTC to take account of this from Monday following second award notice or should I remove WTC from 07/04/03 and leave CTC at it’s original figure of £38.08 per week.
