Not a scenario I’ve put much thought into but – wouldn’t the overpayment of WTC get deducted from next year’s award?
My *guess* about the way to deal with the WTC is to just go back to April 07 and remove it. There doesn’t seem to be any evidence of it being clawed back from CTC this year (according to the CTC figures stated in the second award notice.)
Maybe this will be dealt with in Amendment 4,326?
