i hade one like this where the wtc reduced part way through august and when i phoned the ir – the 4th time – they finally gave me a list of all payments made and told me which were entitlement and which were arrears.
I then calculated the amount due for the first part of theyear, the amount paid in arrears, and the amount paid for the rest of the yeart and applied each accordingly.
