I think that the DCLG will be more than happy to provide me with a consolidated version of the prescribed regs and I'll share it with you all as soon as I receive it! 🙂
In the mean time, I've found that you can set up a feed to notify when a specific piece of legislation is amended here: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/changes
I'm not convinced it will work but I will be happy if the technology surprises me..
