her actual capital is irrelevant for the overpayment period though – her actual capital only applies to claims mving forward
you have an overpayment so pretty sure you need to work out her diminshed capital every 13 weeks to see what her notional capital is for the next 13 wk period
you are taking about 6 years – so if her HB was £100 a week then her capital would reduce by 5200 per year so after 3 1/2 years, shes have less than 16k – that would then reduce the recoverable overpayment for the rest of the overpayment period.
(£33k – 18,200= 14800 notional capital for o/p purposes)
