The DWP notification we have received from the claimant states that the overpayment is becasue they found her not to have Limited Capability for work and that they are not recovering the overpayment as she would have had an underlying entitlement to Job Seekers Allowance for this time. The claimant states that the 'interviewer' lied about her answers.
