Am a bit confused here why the above actions were taken. In principle, you will be bound by the RO figure just for subsidy purposes….you can pay higher ……in practice ….from local funds. Normally the RO decision will last for a year. Whether there are ways around any of this I will leave to some of the subsidy experts on hbinfo!
