“Honestly” I have just moved from FIMS in December 2009 having used it since July 1998. The only reason we moved is due to a change of benefit system and we had to take the built in model with our system 😥
I thought FIMS was an extremely good product and it has a lot of functionality over and above a normal management system. The standard reports are good, and there is a custom report function that allows you to pretty much report on anything out of the system.
We stayed with it for so long for a good reason – it did everything we needed it to do, it was user friendly and easy to use.
