If UE is supposed to reduce the overpayment by the amount that would have been paid if everything had been reported on time etc etc, then wouldn’t this be under LHA?

In the example I gave above, if the LA had been notified on time that the JSA had ended, and that earnings for that week were high enough to take the claimant out of benefit, then you would end the claim and restart (once JSA resumed) on LHA.
