I suppose, logically, it will depend on whether an EPP is awarded [b:563fe40734]AND[/b:563fe40734] the award of an EPP still constitutes a termination of the claim. If the JSA?IS ending is merely a change in circs then at present would you not continue with the claim under the regs applicable to that particular claim?
