More confused about this the more I look at it. Withdrawn claims don't count in terms of the time taken to assess claims (because we haven't made a decision on it), but only a customer can withdraw a claim. So what sort of decision are we making on these claims?
I know in the scheme of things there are more important things to worry about, but in terms of SHBE and performance indicators, this does have an impact.
