CTC award £3314.67 – 882.66 – 66.15 = 2365.86
divided by 251 (days between notification and end of award) x 7 = £65.98 input from 4/8/03
WTC award £2208.09 – 777.38 – 61.75 = 1368.96
divided by 251 x 7 = £38.18 input from 4/8/03.
Arrears treated as capital.
But you would need to contact Inland Revenue as they have paid arrears for a period while the claimants were in receipt of I.S., and await revised award.
(at least the BA didn’t cancel I.S. claim back to April.)
