so his status is irrelevant to her. he culd be the claimant (if he wasnt going away for more than 4 weeks!!!)
she hasnt has worker status since her kids were born
so yes, i thnk you need to know what she was doing from 2006 when dshe canme to uk (was she a dependant /family mmber of another eea national? has she worked part time while studying etc)
kids start chool September after 4th birhday.
if thy were married she'd have his status and we home and dry….. 🙂
