Customer's appeal states
<<I agreed to sign a tenancy agreement in my name but to find him tenants who would pay me the rent which I would then pay over to him. I did not receive financial benefit myself from this arrangement. I now appreciate that this appers ( sic) to show me receiving an income which I did not in fact receive. My bank statements will demonstrate this fact that the money came in but was then transferred into the landlords account.>>
Indeed , that's one reason why I am perplexed . With our customer , she has taken a massive risk by taking on a second tenancy . If she didn't find a tenant then she would still have had pay over the rent.
