Our 5 BRMAs (yes 5!!) are all very mixed.
Yes Mr Claimant, I know that the person half a mile down the road can get £200.00 per month more LHA than you for the same size property, but the area that they are drawn to is much nicer than the area you are drawn to, even if the area they live in is not quite as nice as the area you live in.
