We are just going to use the same claim form for both meantime – do we not still need to collect the same info for LHA (regarding no of rooms etc). The only problem is the part that asks if the claimant wants benefit paid to the landlord – I think we are going to add an insert saying this is no longer applicable, until we are ready to print new forms.
