Thanks, suspected as much. I have raised this with the partnerships manager and we had actually terminated for now- if nothing else to prevent overpayment.
Still bothers me though that we are terminating in response to (what is effectively) an award of another benefit which is currently contrary to legislation: Reg 39 http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2017/376/made
