The losing all but one OP where there are multiple OPs is a Northgate bug – Log 147851 : TWO STREAMS OF UPRATE INCOME ITEM TYPE, CHANGING IN APRIL, CAN ALIGN WRONGLY – I think that if you tick the relevant benefit box against the incomes it's not seeing it will start to see them.
