Northgate overpayment reconciliation of reports.
I am uncertain that it does balance even taking into account all the discrepancies that report OVR314 yields.
For instance you will be hard pressed to balance recovered debt, taking into a/c the various methods against the value specified on Northgate overpayment reports.
Last year I completed Northgate's spreadsheet "Overpayment Reconciliation Spreadsheet Version RB6.15.2 " when I raised a call
It showed a fairly hefty discrepancy but did not take me any further forward.
Maybe someone else has been more successful?
