It is clear law from the Supreme Court that a person is a freed man on discharge. Freed from all liabilities and contingencies. You can find this on the site if you use search. A person who is discharged have no debt…unless caused by proven fraud. Let’s say that is 1 May. Now if on that date they start to have a new debt which you discover in July then you can recover that in full because it started after the discharge. The latter is not a get out of debt free card….
