This issue was raised at the Camden Pension Credit Conference yesterday.
One of the speakers from the DWP Housing Support Division advised us that the scheduled scan run was completed, but the ‘format was bad’ so it was decided not to forward the CD’s on to LA’s. They weren’t terribly clear about what exactly had gone wrong, but they confirmed that we would receive our disks in early September, following a re-run.
The second scan apparently remains scheduled for 11th October.
