Our LA plus a number of neighbouring LA’s have this scheme and are all asking if there is anyway of attaching direct payments to LL in as part of the the deal which I guess in theory will make it a more desireable scheme for LL’s.
As far as I am aware there is nothing in the LHA regs to support this. I think the same query applies to PSL tenancies/arrangements.
