This is what was confusing me Pbirks, it's not a very nice case, I think she was married to a Czech national before they separated. She then married the UK national, they had two children together. She informed us that the ex Czech national ptnr murdered her UK national ptnr…but that's going off track a bit.
I am sure the clmt notifed our customer service staff that her ex Czech national ptnr was incarcerated so he would have no RTR.
