well, she cant have remarried if she was still married to the Czech national – so her EEA family member status ended when they got divorced (unless she got protected rights and "kept" his status at th point they divorced -, r if they'd acquired 5 years permance before they split etc. but difficult to sort that now
you cannot pay her – her EEA family member card is no longer valid as she isnt the family meber of an EEA national –
she needs to go to Home Office asap – – i assume no kids anywhere in the mix?
