He had the copy of the Land Reg so could see it was not tenants in common. You could tell at the hearing he was trying to find a way around it. I didnt think he would be able to in this case. But he did. So I thought I would post a question to see if there were views that this should be paid and why, before I ask for permission to appeal to the UT. I really appreciate all the feedback.
