If we are not getting the scan until around 27.10.03, what date should we be inputting SCA cases on that scan into our systems from. I have uprated all my pension cases with the new needs allowances, and all standard cases are getting more benefit. When we get the scan, our software solution is to load in the data, and take into account from 06.10.03. This will cause overpayments.
Any thoughts?
