As the award of SC will no doubt decrease HB/CTB entitlement, as you presumeably have already given pensioners the new allowances from 6/10), would it not be a case of the later of:
Date we receive notification from Pension Service, or
Date pension credit awarded.
Presumably, if the 2nd scan is received 27/10 this will be the later date if all the awards are from 6/10/03? Of course, you may already have received the details from TPS by ETD, and manually amended the claims?
