Good spot Richard! – I had not picked up on the new reg 96 (3B).
We will need to consider whether suspension under reg 11(2) (a) (2) or temporarily switching to pay to landlord under reg 96 (3B) is the best option.
Has anyone else any preferred options for this? I want to build something into our safeguards policy
