Hi JSS – yes that is what I thought. We’ve received the Student uprating circular, but no mention of assessing NHS students. So through a process of elimination and the fact that the regs don’t appear to have been amended, I think for new NHS students, the loan would have to be used until June; then removed for July & August. I’m just waiting to see actual documents for this type of case. Thanks
