Thank you for your further email. I am sorry for the delay in replying.
The letters issued by Student Finance England are incorrect as the regulations have not been amended to specify any amounts which should be taken into account at income when calculating a student’s HB award. We have notified Student Finance England of their error but they state that they are unable to amend the letters for this academic year.
