Yes there is definitely supported exempt – I have care plans etc – the provider states there are no associated costs to providing the support within the rent. However when checking the accounts, there is little funding – so I am reducing the amount as I cannot identify any funding stream for the support they are giving which is between 4-6 hours per tenant per week.
Any help would be appreciated.
