We now have a few families that have been settled within the L/A and some are Benefit Capped with shortfalls of some £150 per week. Now getting DHP claims for them, at a point in the year when we have already over-spent on our DHP pot.
Have others faced similiar issues and has anyone come up with an answer other than DHP?
