We’ve just had some of our proformas returned as well.
My understanding was that we were to receive back cases where there is ‘no trace of a claim’ – this now seems to have been changed to ‘not on system’
Is this the same thing, and if so, are we to understand that nearly half of our cases haven’t yet applied??!! I have also noticed that many of our ‘predictive changes’ cases apparantly haven’t got any predictive changes, despite them having children that become 1, 16 or 19 this year!
Has anyone seen any contact telephone numbers yet to query such cases?
