We sent 3973 they say that they have sent back 4009 !
However of the 4009 they claim to have sent back to us, they also claim to have retained 1565 which they will look at again in wc 31/03/03 because they do have a claim but it has not yet been processed.
their breakdown is:
1988 – No claim (“not on system” to use their words)
1565 – Claimed but not processed
456 – Claimed and processed
looking at the pile where there is no claim we have found 23 where there is a claim but not processed, we will be sending them back to add to the 1565 that they have retained, its worth checking through the piles!
