Looks correct to me, you paid the HB in advance and amended the award in advance too, so there is not a real overpayment in the sense that if you had not paid the HB in advance that weeks overpayment would not have been created. I think thats the idea of the technical category for this scenario (and also where the rent liability is taken out retrospectively is the only other technical scenario I can think of).
