I feel so strongly about this extra payment, why should it be needed. If a person looses their job and claims UC there's no transitional payment, surely it's these cases that need the extra help.
The extra two weeks is just lining the pockets of those that are merely switching benefit, i don't understand the point, it's a waste of taxpayers money.
I feel that strongly about it i've written to the BBC news hoping someone will take notice.
