Is any rent being paid and if so by whom?
I ask as you could treat the daughter as liable to make payments of rent where they are making them because the person who is liable, the parent, is not making them.
We had a similar sitation where a parent became a tenant of a property to get around the daughters poor credit/references but the parent was paying the rent so we could not treat the daughter a liable instead.
