The circular states an addtional two weeks HB entitlement and is an extention of the current HB claim. This would therefore assume  you simply cancel the current HB claim two weeks after the HB stop notification.

If based on the new rent for which the LA would not have details on how would this be applied to the claim? This is not possible or logical?
