can someone remind me what the regs are that stop a claim for HB being made in an area where UC has rolled out, particularly the one that allows it if you've got more than three kids but precludes it in other cases (if of course there is such a reg.
If we are relying upon a succesful UC claim in which housing costs have been awarded to be the bar to the HB claim (because you can't recieve HB and UC housing costs ) can someone remind me of that too (or instead of)
