They dont show on the claimants UC letters either, which is a right pain when working out if there are any shortfalls other than these (i.e bedroom tax or LHA less than rent).
We amended our DHP application forms to explicitly requre that a UC applicant confirms thier rent liability at the time of application so we have a fighting chance to work it out.
