Yes, DWP workcoach has looked into it and agreed they shouldn't have advised her to withdraw her UC claim down. They have confirmed a move from full service to live service postcodes won't constitute going back to legacy benefits. They are investigating why the advice was given and are going to get back to me with whether the customer can reinstate her UC or not.
